Shirts & printing
Is there a minimum order?
No. Every shirt prints on demand, so the price per shirt is the same whether you order one or forty.
What kind of art can I upload?
PNG, JPG or WebP. For a full front print, 2400 × 3200 pixels or bigger looks best. The Studio checks your file and warns you before anything prints fuzzy. A transparent PNG prints cleanest.
How does the AI design tool work?
Type an idea, pick a style, and AI draws a shirt graphic in about half a minute. Like it? Add your words and it's ready to print. Not quite? Try again. Keep it friendly: we don't make real people's faces, brand logos or anything explicit.
Can the groom's shirt be different?
Yes. Turn on the groom variant and he gets his own color and wording in the same order.
Shipping & returns
How fast will shirts arrive?
Most orders print in 2–3 business days and arrive 3–5 days after that in the US. Order at least two weeks before the trip to be safe.
Can each guy's shirt ship to his house?
Each order ships to one address, so most crews send everything to the best man. If guys want their own delivery, each can order his shirt from the same design link.
How do I track my order?
After checkout you land on your order page, which updates when your shirts ship and shows the tracking link. Keep the confirmation email from Stripe; it has your receipt.
What if something prints wrong?
If it's a misprint or damaged, we reprint it free. Send a photo within 30 days. Custom shirts can't be returned for size, so double-check the size chart.
Crew HQ
Who can see Crew HQ?
Only people the best man invites. Groom Blackout hides it from the groom until The Reveal.
Do the guys need an app?
No, and no passwords either. Each guy taps the invite link, adds his name and size, and gets his own private Crew HQ link. Bookmark it.
How does the groom find out?
He gets his own Reveal link. Until you hit The Reveal, it only shows a teaser. After, it shows the plan, the dates and who's in.
Do we have to use a Trip Pack?
No. Trip Packs are just ready-made plans. Use Crew HQ for headcount, votes, the registry and shirts, and plan the weekend however you like. Each guy can search and book his own flight from Crew HQ.
Payments
How do the guys pay?
The best man sets the share. Each guy pays his own in Crew HQ with a card through Stripe’s secure checkout, and some pay-later options may show up there too. Nobody in the crew ever sees anyone’s card.
What’s the registry?
A list of extras the crew chips in on, like the boat, the steak dinner or the groom’s tab. Anyone can put in any amount from $5 and watch it fill up.
What if someone drops out?
He changes his RSVP and the best man sees it right away. For a refund of a share, email crew@brosendoff.com.
About us
We started Bro Send Off after one too many group chats that ended with the best man fronting $2,000 and chasing Venmo requests for a month.
So we built the thing we wanted: good shirts with no minimums, a private place to plan, and payments where everyone covers himself. Based in Texas, shipping everywhere in the US.
